We’ve heard the feedback, we’ve owned the missteps, and we’re making serious changes that matter to serious collectors. This new chapter of TomiKing isn’t just a fresh coat of paint - it’s a whole new engine.

So What’s the Deal With the 24 Hour Shipping Guarantee?

Here’s how it works:

• If your order doesn’t ship within 24 hours of purchase, we’ll automatically cancel and refund it in full.

• We’ll shoot you an email first. If you’d still like us to ship your order, just let us know, and we’ll get it out ASAP.

• Late carrier scans don’t count against us. Sometimes USPS or UPS are a little slow to update their tracking—but if we dropped off your order on time, you’re still covered.

• We also allow an extra 24-hour grace period for tracking to show up on your end. It’s rare, but it happens.

• Holidays don’t count in the 24-hour clock. If USPS is closed, your package ships the next business day.

• And yes, this applies to every in-stock order. You can't buy it if it's out of stock. (but you can wishlist it...)
