(This will be in all products descriptions.) Note: Loose cars are graded visually only.
| Rank | Description |
|---|---|
| SS (New) | Brand new, unopened, and unused. In perfect condition. Packaging mint. Case warp is still considered new. |
| S (Like New) | Almost like new with minimal signs of shelf time. In excellent condition with practically no wear. (New items with MINIMAL damaged packaging included.) For example, a Hot Wheels mainline straight out the case may have a very slight warp in the packaging. This is an acceptable standard. |
| A (Excellent Used Condition) | Used but in very good condition. No noticeable damage or significant wear. Package wear is very slight, such as a soft corner on packaging or a very slight ding in the cardboard. |
| B (Good Used Condition) | Standard used condition with visible signs of use such as minor scratches or wear. Decent packaging, usually bends and folds. |
| C (Worn Condition) | Heavily used, with noticeable scratches, dents, or wear. Still functional, but with significant cosmetic or mechanical wear. Ruined packaging. |
| F (Parts Only) | Requires repair or is sold for parts only. |
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Used, or opened items may be returned with limited exception on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping. We highly recommend using a traceable service through USPS, UPS, or DHL. Please ensure the item is in the condition we sent it in!
