I ordered from TomiKing under the new rebrand and am pleasanlty surprised. My order was shipped and got to me about a week later coming from Virginia to California. Did not even need customer support and it did in fact ship and update within 24 hours. I posted my experience in a facebook group too so cannot say anything bad about TomiKing. Hoping this is their new direction.
