Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Used, or opened items may be returned with limited exception on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping. We highly recommend using a traceable service through USPS, UPS, or DHL.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. (Currently we only ship within the United States due to political complications impacting international shipments.) Shipments from TomiKing typically take 1-2 business days to process, and should arrive to you within 3-5 business days in the continental United States, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. When placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms at checkout.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. All orders over $15 are shipped for free unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS GUARANTEE:

If any order exceeds 24 hours from time of purchase, to time of shipment (label created by TomiKing) then we will automatically cancel the order and refund the entire amount of the purchase. We will contact you via email first, and if you wish for the order to not be canceled, we will honor it and ship it as soon as possible. There are some exceptions, such as late carrier scans. Even if we drop off all of our orders and shipments at the carrier, they may not scan it until the next business day, or it may take a bit to update on their end, however, this is usually not the case. We ask for an additional 24 hour grace period on any shipped order to update on the carriers tracking service for this reason for cancellation. You agree to these terms at checkout and by using our website. We reserve the right to remove or alter this guarantee at any point based on volume or other outlying factors. PLEASE NOTE: HOLIDAYS IN WHICH POSTAL CARRIERS ARE CLOSED WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN THE 24 HOUR WINDOW AND EXCEPTION WINDOW. YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP / UPDATE ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
